What should you to prevent cross contamination when using cutting boards?

There are two different ways you can handle it:

1).  Use two different cutting boards ...
one for meat and one for vegetables.

2).  Wash the board with soap and hot water
BETWEEN the chicken and the veggies.
(Also don't forget your hands, and the knife.)
